Clear, clean waters form an essential linkage between koi and their keepers. Floating bead filters and UV lights provide the modern koi hobbyist with the opportunity to enjoy their fish without large burdensome filtration systems used by early koi enthusiasts. An excellent clarifier, the floating bead filter also provides bio-filtration, while the UV light assures control of phytoplankton algae blooms in the sunniest ponds. Simplified backwashing approaches prevent filter clogging problems while constantly diverting captured solids away from the pond where they would contribute to depression of the essential oxygen supply . The result is a well aerated pond where fish can be clearly seen as they swim in waters that are free from toxic metabolites such as ammonia and nitrite.

Fluidart^® Ultimate Systems come with a Fluidart^® Bead Filter, pump, solids separator and UV sterilizer light. Our Mini Ultimate Systems are built for ponds that don’t require a solids separator.

Fluidart^® systems are normally shipped fully assembled, pre-plumbed and mounted on equipment pads for quick, easy installation. Simply hook up the line from the pond, the line back to the pond and the waste line.

For savings on freight, we can send systems as kits, all components separated with connections in place, ready to be
assembled at the site. The container becomes smaller, but more assembly is required.

Challenger Ultimate Bead Systems Combines Bead filters UV Pump ans Solid separator and blower into one skid unit. These systems can filter ponds 2,500 -20,000 gallons. They come pre-plumed with unions so that they are assembled in 4 easy steps no glue required. This system is virtually maintenance free with a back washable bead filter and solid separator.
Challenger Mini Ultimate Bead Systems Combines Bead filters UV Pump and blower into one skid unit. These systems can filter ponds 2,500 -20,000 gallons. They come pre-plumed with unions so that they are assembled in 4 easy steps no glue required. These Systems are just like like the ultimate minus the solid separator.
Hydrabead Ultimate Bead Systems Fluidart's^® Hydrabead^® filter is available in three sizes for smaller ponds. Easy to install, it is ideal for space-limited situations Conmbines Bead filters UV Pump Turbovortex and blower into one skid unit. These systems can filter ponds 1,500 -5,000 gallons. They come pre plumed with unions so that they are assembled in 4 easy steps no glue required. Hydrabead Mini Ultimate Bead Systems Is the same as the ultimate system minus the turbo vortex. We recomend that this system is run with a prefilter like a skimmer or sedeling tank.
Challenger Plus Filter This is the Challenger Bead filter with the Blower and high flow multi-port. This filter can be hooked up to a submersible or non-submersible pump. We recommend using a pre-filter or a skimmer with this filter. This unit is back washable and has a blower to unpack beads during back wash.
Hydrabead Filter^® filter is available in three sizes for smaller ponds. Easy to install, it is ideal for space-limited situations. The Hydrabead^® filter first introduced hydraulic back-wash to bead filters. Hydrabead^® filters utilize a smallerbead than conventional bead filters, providing greatersurface area for better biological filtration. The smaller bead also helps "polish" the water.
Turbovortex The patented Turbovortex Solids Separator greatly reduces the solids going to your pump and your filter. Your filter is designed to remove solubles, not solids, from your pond water.
