Containment Liner
|
HDPE
By far, HDPE is the liner choice of professionals for very large ponds, lakes & lagoons, and as secondary containment. HDPE are the stiffest, least pliable of our containment liners; HDPE geomembranes tend to exhibit a sharp peak in their stress-strain curve and therefore are best used where the foundation of smooth soil that is stable and free from sharp rocks or other objects. HDPE’s chemical resistance makes it a good choice for secondary containment protection for fuels, hydrocarbon by-products and waste materials. HDPE is also widely used in OSHA and EPA regulated cleanup projects such as groundwater contamination or asbestos removal. Available in sizes up to 250’ x 300’ in one solid piece!
PVC
PVC membranes are lightweight, flexible and relatively easy to handle. Use where soil conditions are stable with a minimal amount of sharp rocks.
EPDM
EPDM is the most pliable containment liner we offer. Available in 45 & 60 Mil thicknesses, EPDM is more tolerant of settling soil conditions than either HDPE or PVC. Comes with a limited lifetime warranty when installed with Anjon Green Guard Underlayment™. Extremely flexible, EPDM adapt well to irregular and uneven shaped terrains.
