These Pumps are commercial grade. They were designed with Stainless steel housings and vortex impellers. They have thermal overload protection to prevent them from burning up if they are run dry. The ebara pumps are equipped with start capacitors to protect the pump from amp spikes. They were also designed with SIC seals and a double lip seal to extend the life of the pump.
