Anjon Manufacturing (Anjon) warrants to you, the original purchaser, that our Frog Skin™ PVC Pond Liner, when properly installed, under normal use and service, will be free from defects in material and workmanship and UV breakdown for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase to the original purchaser, under the terms and conditions stated herein. This 5 year warranty does not apply if the goods have been damaged due to transportation, alteration, accident, misuse, misapplication or abuse. If Anjon deems that a liner is defective a new liner will be delivered or a credit issued limited to the original purchase price of the liner. Anjon will not be responsible for any loss of fish or plants or material and labor expenses for liner replacement. For the purposes of this Warranty, "5 year" is defined as the entire period of time that the original purchaser owns the original water feature in which the Frog Skin™ PVC Pond Liner was installed.
