Anjon LifeGuard Pond Liner™ Limited Lifetime Warranty

 Anjon Manufacturing (Anjon) warrants to you, the original purchaser, that our LifeGuard™ EDPM Pond Liner, when properly installed with a geotextile underlayment, under normal use and service, will be free from defects in material and workmanship and UV breakdown for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser, under the terms and conditions stated herein. This lifetime warranty does not apply if the goods have been damaged due to transportation, alteration, accident, misuse, misapplication or abuse. If Anjon deems that a liner is defective a new liner will be delivered or a credit issued limited to the original purchase price of the liner. Anjon will not be responsible for any loss of fish or plants or material and labor expenses for liner replacement. For the purposes of this Warranty, "lifetime" is defined as the entire period of time that the original purchaser owns the original water feature in which the LifeGuard™ EDPM Pond Liner was installed.
