Waterfalls
Filtering waterfalls are the backbone of a ponds ecosystem. These units are to be a up flow biological filter system with low maintenance. The water flows up through filter pads removing the large particles. The water then precedes through a media bag containing the bio media of your choice. We recommend bio balls or spring flow media. After the water flows through the bio media it then spills over the wire crashing down the waterfall into the pond. This causes aeration and keeps the pond clean, natural and healthy.

Waterfall Spillways are used to return the water back to the pond and give a nice natural curtain effect. When pump the water over a spill way the last thing you want is to have your new beautiful waterfall that you worked so hard on to look like the waterfall starts out of a round pipe. This is un-natural and can be avoided if you use waterfall spillways. These are not filters they are just waterfall weirs.
